Sometimes life forces you to slow down exactly when all you want to do is push harder. That’s exactly what happened to me. I was at a point where I wanted to train more, compete more, and keep improving. Taking a break was the last thing on my mind. But my injury reminded me that sometimes taking care of your body is just as important as pushing its limits. As athletes, we put so much stress on our bodies without even realizing it. And sometimes, it’s only when something goes wrong that we start paying attention to the little things we’ve been overlooking. My recovery wasn’t about finding one quick solution. It was a combination of physical therapy, the right support, patience, and consistent work to rebuild what I’d lost. That’s where @copperfit became part of my routine. Their compression gloves and elbow sleeve are designed to provide support, help ease stiffness and discomfort, and allow freedom of movement. For me, that extra support was especially valuable as I gradually returned to my training routine. One thing I’ve learned? Taking care of your body isn’t a sign of slowing down. It’s what allows you to keep doing what you love for longer. ❤️ And there’s one more part of this journey I want to share with you! In Part 2, I’ll take you through the exercises I used alongside Copper Fit compression support to rebuild strength in my hand, wrist, and entire arm, and gradually make my way back to everyday training and competition. Stay tuned! 🎾 #CopperFitPartner
