Bare Mum ad: Recovery Essentials for Every Type of Birth

No matter how birth unfolds… you deserve to recover comfortably 🤍 These are my hospital essentials this time around as a previous c-section mum going for a VBAC. Last time, there were so many things I didn’t have that honestly would’ve made recovery so much easier… so this time, I got the Complete Recovery Care Kit from Bare Mum because it literally covers everything whether you have a vaginal birth or another c-section. I love that I can just throw it straight into my hospital bag and know I’ve got everything prepared for me. It comes with: • Perineal Wash Bottle • Postpartum Briefs • Herbal Infused Postpartum Pads • Warm & Cool Insert • Perineal Foam • Skin & Scar Oil • Sitz Bath • Step-by-step recovery booklet I’ve got the herbal postpartum pads because no matter how you give birth… you still need pads 😅 The cooling + heating insert is honestly genius because you can use it for vaginal recovery OR over your c-section scar — and trust me, after surgery you want all the soothing relief you can get. I also wish I’d had the support briefs after my first birth because having that gentle support around your tummy after a c-section would’ve made such a difference. And the skin & scar oil? Definitely something I would’ve loved the first time around too. Honestly, I just love that everything from Bare Mum is OBGYN and midwife approved. It makes me feel supported before baby is even here 🤍 ✨ Covers both vaginal & c-section recovery ✨ Hospital bag ready ✨ Midwife & OBGYN approved ✨ Practical, soothing postpartum support ✨ Perfect for yourself or as a gift for a new mum
