Kinetoflex ad: Elevate Your Extensions

If you’re not good at extensions already you never will be…. Some people just don’t have the athletic ability to do good extensions… This is the lie that so many people have been told and have fallen for. Yes. It is easier for some dancers to have high, controlled extensions but anyone can build excellent extensions if they practice AND build the strength and stability to do so. But, in my experience most dancers don’t focus enough on building a body that can make extensions truly effortless. And, I don’t blame them… Most dance schools teach us nothing about strength and conditioning and even if they did, with rehearsals, choreography, stretching and preparing for competitions, who has the time? This is why I developed the Effortless Extensions course. It’s been designed to give you massive improvements in your extensions in just 6 weeks with only two, thirty minute workouts a week. In just 6 weeks you will have: ✅Much Higher Extensions ✅Far More Control In Your Extensions ✅More Core Stability ✅Better Balance ✅Stronger Hips ✅A more toned physique Click the link below to start wowing the rest of your class with your extensions.
