First Day Vitamins ad: The hidden cause of my teen's moodiness…

Brain fog... zoning out in class... starting homework three times and never finishing... sound familiar? I can relate — that was my daughter... Every. Single. Day. Until I found out it wasn't laziness. It wasn't attitude. It was her brain literally not having what it needed to function. Here's what nobody told me: The folate in almost every teen vitamin on the shelf is folic acid. Sounds fine, right? Except nearly 40% of teens have a gene variant that makes it impossible for their bodies to convert it. The gummy gets eaten. Nothing gets absorbed. And your teen sits at their desk wondering why they can't focus — while you wonder the same thing. That's why First Day is formulated differently. 🧠 Methylfolate — the form that actually reaches the brain ⚡ Methylated B12 and B1 — for real mental energy and retention 🎯 P5P Vitamin B6 — for nervous system function and mood regulation 🫐 21 organic superfoods. Right amounts. Not megadoses. ✅ Clean Label Project Certified. Developed with Harvard and Yale researchers. Over 1 million families have already made the switch.
