Did you know that 32% of SAHMs and 38% of working moms took psychiatric medication last year???? In the midst of a national conversation about normalizing certain parts of motherhood, postpartum, and pregnancy — something we should absolutely be paying attention to 👀 I, for one, wish we paid just as much (or even more) attention to preventative health for moms and making sure we feel our best selves before we even conceive our babies, and one of the best ways to do that is through taking a high quality prenatal vitamin. My absolute favorite are from our friends at We Heart Nutrition — and they even donate a significant portion of their proceeds to pregnancy resource centers to help moms in need even more!
