Relaxe ad: Turns out infrared wasn't the problem

I had already written off infrared saunas and listed mine for sale. Mine never really got me. My back would roast while my feet stayed cold, I'd barely break a sweat, and I'd climb out after a few minutes wondering what the hype was about. So I figured infrared just didn't work and almost replaced it with an old-school hot-air one. Turns out the infrared wasn't the problem. My cheap sauna was. Heat rises, so if all the heaters are up high, your legs and feet sit in the cold the whole time, which is exactly why I kept bailing early. The Caldera is built the opposite way. Nine carbon heaters wrap around you, including under the bench and right down by your feet, so you warm up everywhere at once instead of just where your back touches. A few minutes in it feels easy, then it creeps up on you, and before long you're actually sweating. The difference is I don't want to get out anymore. I'm not the only one it surprised. One owner, Connor, said it gets way hotter than he expected in the best way, and another, Mike, uses his three to five times a week. It's at 4.9 stars across 800-plus reviews, with a three-year warranty behind it. If one bad sauna soured you on infrared, it might not have been infrared at all, so give the good version a shot while it's up to 40% off and see which size fits your space.
