JOY-Wellness-Web ad: A social club, minus the bar.

If you’ve been looking for a healthy way to meet people in Montreal that doesn’t involve a bar, this is the one. JOY is a social wellness club five minutes from Peel Metro — HIIT and Pilates classes, sauna, cold plunge, thermal bath, red light therapy and a café, all in one building. The guided thermal circuit ends in the thermal bath, which is where everyone actually talks. Your first visit is $29 instead of the usual $59. Spots per session are limited.
