Allen Brothers: Online Meat Delivery video ad

If you’re putting this much time into brisket birria, you might as well start with an incredible piece of meat. 🔥🥩 We started with a beautiful Allen Brothers Wagyu brisket, seasoned it with W Sauce Fire Shire and Lane’s Brancho, then let it roll overnight at 200°F. Once that bark was set, we hit it with rendered beef tallow and our smoked birria sauce, covered it up, and cooked until completely probe tender. After a good rest, this Wagyu brisket shredded like butter. And DO NOT throw away that liquid. That’s the money sauce. Dip your tortillas in it, pour it over your tacos or nachos… heck, drink it. I’m not judging. 😂 Great BBQ starts with great meat. If you want to take your next brisket cook to another level, head over to Allen Brothers and place an order. You won’t be disappointed. Use code SVEND when ordering to get free shipping on orders that are over $199. #AllenBrothers #WagyuBrisket #BrisketBirria #BirriaTacos
