Maggie's Tanks™ Official Site ad: The Built-In Bra Tank Worth Packing For A Long Flight.

I just got off a twelve hour flight from Tokyo and I wore this tank the whole way. No separate bra underneath. Just this. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the most comfortable flight I've ever had. Nothing digging into my ribs. Nothing cutting into my shoulders. I got up to the bathroom half a dozen times without feeling exposed, and I actually slept, which I never do. The straps are wide. Really wide. The cups are sewn into it rather than floating around in a pocket, so when I stretched or reached up for my bag nothing moved. I've bought the cheap versions before, the ones where the cups are just loose bits of foam that bunch up after two washes. This isn't that. The armholes cover you properly and it's cut longer so you're not tugging at it. A woman in her sixties designed it, which explains a lot.
