My not-so-glamorous enema tutorial 💦 …but maybe one of the most healing things I’ve ever done. I was terrified to try enemas for YEARS. Now I’m literally excited to do another one. In today’s video: ✅ What kind of kit I use ✅ How to clean + set it up ✅ What I’m putting in it (just filtered water today) ✅ Why the second release is so important ✅ And the very real moment I forgot toilet paper 😅 So why enemas? Because most of us are walking around with decades of toxic buildup stuck in our colon. We’re detoxing from parasites, heavy metals, mold, pathogens, and stagnant bile — but if you don’t open the drainage pathways first, those toxins have nowhere to go. That’s how people get detox symptoms. That’s why healing plateaus. Enemas are a key tool to safely support the body during deep cleansing — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Nobody talks about the emotional side of enemas. That second release? It’s not just physical — it’s energetic. I literally cried after. And I feel like something lifted. If you’re deep in detox or healing from anything chronic… This might be the missing piece. Learn more @happybumco or https://www.happybumco.com/
