The rehab process is so fun if you make it just challenging enough to win a little more every day! 8 weeks post op. First day of #bulgarians. Been taking it easy and really trying not to over do but the challenge is necessary. These made me nervous until I realized my “good knee” feels worse than the repaired left knee 🤣. Anyone want to place bets which orthopedist I’ll be working with next year (@nickthekneemd or @amynford - get my punchcard ready!). I despise Bulgarians but man I am SO HAPPY to be doing them without fear and without much hesitation. And am really enjoying the @smarttoolsusa cuffs- feeling the work without having to load more than I should be. Highly recommend! #ACL #aclrecovery #cscs #rehab
