You may have seen some of our patients either in the office or on our stories using these @smarttoolsusa BFR smart cuffs! They are a newer piece of equipment in our clinic which have helped quite a few patients already who each have different goals in mind with their treatment plan. • Strength training with the cuffs allows for greater gains while lifting lighter weights • With recovery in mind, BFR can aid in regaining strength and muscle growth after an injury or surgery without putting extra stress on injured joints and tissues. • Patients experiencing atrophy can help prevent it from getting worse using these cuffs by increasing protien synthesis in the targeted muscle. • BFR training can help limit soreness and reduce the chances of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) If you think this maybe able to aid you in your recovery journey then give us a call at 973-265-8621 or DM us to get yourself started! #pt #physicaltherapy #rehab #rehabilitation #exercise #fit #fitness #lift #lifting #workout #morriscounty #morris #nj #nnj #newjersey #northjersey #parsippany #denville #morristown #rockaway #dover #boonton #mountainlakes #montville #bfr #bloodflowrestrictiontraining #bloodflowrestriction
