Beef Chief ad: Australia's Most Awarded Biltong & Jerky Brand

If you thought we made good beef jerky, you're going to love our biltong. 🥩 Biltong comes from South Africa, where it's been made the same way for generations. Beef is seasoned with vinegar and spices, naturally air-dried in thick slabs, then sliced thin, so it stays tender and meaty. Think steak you can snack on. Beef Chief makes it with 100% grass-fed Aussie beef, the traditional way, with over 70 awards won Australia-wide for our jerky and biltong. High protein, low sugar, and big flavour in every bite. 15 flavours to choose from, Traditional through to Chilli Lime and Reaper. Pick yours and we'll get them packed.
