Broc Shot ad: More Than Just a Skin Issue

Here's what people don't connect. If you're not fully eliminating your bowels, your liver is bogged down, and that manifests on your skin, and that could look like acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, so on. So when I look at labs, I look at a liver panel, and I look at 8OHDG to see the rate of oxidation, which is basically premature aging. That's where sulforaphane comes in because sulforaphane activates a pathway called NRF2, which is what switches on your body's own antioxidant and detox systems. So this is where Broc Shot comes in. One packet of this is equivalent to 10 pounds of broccoli, and who's going to eat that? And you just simply make it with a little bit of water. Comes in this very cute little shot, and then every day I just take this with my supplements. I like it because it doesn't have anything artificial to stabilize it. It's all natural ground broccoli seeds, and it tastes delicious. That's it.
