26 MINUTE PB FOR @owenpedz !! Today was all about seeing how much Owen Pedz could take off his PB… and what a day it was! 🔥 His old PB stood at 2:26, and today he absolutely obliterated it 🤯 over 26 minutes quicker and, most importantly, he broke the 2-hour barrier with a 1:59:28 🫡 Fuelling strategy: • 15 minutes before the start: @precisionfandh Caffeine Gel 30g • 5K — Caffeine Gel (30g) • 10K — PF30 Gel • 15K — Caffeine Gel (30g) That gave him 120g of carbs across the half marathon, which is a seriously strong fuelling effort. 💪 It was an absolute pleasure to watch, pace and support him throughout. Seeing someone put the work in, trust the plan and then smash a goal like this is brilliant. Cardiff Half Marathon, 1:59:28. You smashed it. Be very proud of yourself, mate📈
