The stories started coming in. A father teaching his daughter how to castle for the first time. A grandfather watching two generations lean over the same board he once used with his son. A mother telling us her home finally felt quiet again. That’s when it hit. These weren’t just chess sets. They were moments families had been missing... The real problem isn’t that people don’t value chess... It’s that industry stopped valuing it. Sub-par junk. Fake “premium” labels. Light, flimsy pieces that feel like toys. Mass-produced boards packaged without care, destined for a closet within the month. A beautiful, timeless game... reduced to disposable merchandise. Back in 1994, we were just teens trying to find good chess sets for ourselves and our friends. It revealed something bigger: families wanted connection, yet the products meant to support that were cutting corners at every turn. So over the next 25 years, we built a different path entirely - defined by care, craft, and connection. We curated the 1 percent — the sets you’d be proud to display in your home. We added a beautiful complimentary How to Play Guide so you can learn together with confidence. We replace every lost piece, because a family ritual should always be playable. And we offer support from real humans who love the game, not scripts. Because when a child looks up and asks, “Hey Dad... let’s play chess!” you shouldn’t be searching for missing pieces... you should be ready for a moment you’ll never regret. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "My husband loved his chess set!" - Norie Minor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "There was a good array of options that fit my needs." - AJ Pena ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Great for bulk purchases for our school chess club!" - Christopher Pleasants ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Great customer service and ease of ordering.
