A: It is genuinely handmade, woven, printed, or embroidered by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike. A great deal of what is sold abroad as handmade is machine-made and relabelled. We work with the artisan who made the piece, and we can name the craft and the region it comes from. Put ours beside a mass-made lookalike and the difference shows in the weave, the print, and the finish. Q: Will it look like it does in the photos? A: Every image on the site is the actual product, shot in daylight, never a rendered picture or a stock image, so what you see is what arrives. If you want to be sure, ask on WhatsApp and we will send a short daylight video of the exact piece, with its drape and detail, before you decide. Q: Will it suit me, or the person I am sending it to? A: Tell us the occasion or the measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it works, and suggest something better if it does not. Many of these pieces cross borders as gifts, and we are glad to help you choose so it lands right, and to include a note if it is going straight to someone you love. Q: How long will it take, and is it tracked? A: We pack by hand and dispatch within two to three days. Most international orders arrive within about seven to twelve business days, sent by DHL or FedEx and tracked at every step, so you can follow it the whole way. Q: Will I have to pay customs or duty? A: Any import duty depends on your country, not on us. We label every parcel with an accurate value and a clear handmade-textile description to keep clearance smooth, and for many destinations a small order arrives with no duty at all. Tell us your country and we will share what customers there usually see. Q: What if it is not right when it arrives? A: You have seven days from delivery to return it. We know a cross-border return is more effort, so our team in Gwalior handles it personally on WhatsApp, in English, and finds the simplest path with you. Q: Is there a better price elsewhere, or on another day? A: There is one honest price, the same on every channel, every day.
