When you travel this much, a little consistency goes a long way. I can’t control the time zone, the hotel room, the flight schedule or how much noise is around me. But I can try to make my sleep routine feel the same wherever I am. My SomniPods 3, by @duva.wellness have become one of those things that just automatically goes in my travel bag now. They help block out everything around me, they’re comfortable enough to sleep in, and I can use them pretty much anywhere. Planes, hotels, pre-race naps, or those moments where I just need a little quiet 😂 Different countries. Same routine.
