The Official Fat Flush Plan ad: Stay Full While the Scale Moves Again

Every week I get the same letter. The names change and so do the towns. The letter stays the same. It usually starts with some version of one sentence: "I'm barely eating, and the scale won't move." The woman who writes it has done everything she was told. A salad for lunch. A shake instead of breakfast. Dinner skipped, or a plate so small her husband asks if she's feeling all right. She has been eating less for months. Sometimes for years. And she goes to bed hungry. That's the part she almost never says first, but it's always in there. She lies in bed thinking about the leftover pasta in the fridge. Some nights she wins. Some nights she's standing in the dark kitchen at ten o'clock eating it cold out of the container, and then she gets on the scale the next morning and it hasn't budged anyway. One woman wrote that during her last diet she kept "having fantasies of buying a loaf of crusty bread at my favorite bakery and tearing into it the minute I got into my car." Another said that by the time her husband got home from work, "we're both craving crazy-high sugar things that we normally don't." I have read some version of those lines for decades. So let me tell you what I tell every one of these women, because I think you need to hear it too. You are not short on willpower. You are short on food that fills you up. Think about what eating less actually looks like on a Tuesday. A handful of greens at noon is gone by three. A shake at seven is gone by ten. You spend the whole day running on almost nothing, so of course the hunger shows up loud at night. That isn't a character flaw. That's what an empty stomach does. And here's the cruel part. The emptier the plate gets, the louder the hunger gets, and the louder the hunger gets, the more often it wins. So you cut a little more to make up for it. One woman described exactly where that road ends: "I think my body was storing fat because I was eating less calories than normal." Eating less was supposed to be the answer. For a lot of women, it has turned into the problem. So I'm going to ask you to do something that sounds backwards. Eat a bigger bowl. Researchers at Penn State studied this, and it's one of my favorite findings in all of nutrition. People who ate soup for two meals a day boosted their weight loss by 200 percent, and they ate about 450 fewer calories per meal. Not because they were white-knuckling it. Because a big, hot bowl of soup fills your stomach before you've eaten very much at all. Now, I don't mean diet soup. You know the kind. A cup of thin broth that leaves you hungry again in an hour and sends you right back to the fridge. That's just eating less with a spoon. I mean real soup. A hearty bowl with lean protein, beans and a pile of vegetables, made on a base of bone broth with Collagen 4+ stirred in for extra protein, and warmed up with turmeric, ginger, garlic and cumin. The kind of soup you'd serve your family on a weeknight without telling anyone it's "diet" food. Because it isn't. It's dinner. That's what my Fat Flush Soup Diet is built around, and it's the simplest thing I've ever asked anyone to do. For seven days: Breakfast is something with protein, like eggs or a smoothie. Lunch is a big bowl of soup. Dinner is a big bowl of soup. In between, you snack on water-rich fruits and vegetables and you drink plenty of fluids. That's all there is to it. No counting. No weighing chicken breasts on a kitchen scale. No cooking one meal for yourself and another for everyone else. You get three recipes so you never get bored: my Classic Fat Flush Soup, a Keto-Friendly version, and a Vegetarian Supreme. You make a big pot once, and it keeps in the fridge for up to five days. The free guide also gives you the 7-day plan and a shopping list, so you go to the store once and you're done thinking about it. I'll tell you what happens for a lot of women, because I've watched it happen in our Fat Flush Nation community for years. The first thing they notice isn't the scale. It's the evening. It's nine o'clock, and they're not in the kitchen. They're on the couch, warm and full, and they realize they haven't thought about the fridge once. For a woman who has gone to bed hungry for a year, that night feels like a small miracle. Then the mornings change. Then the jeans. A woman named Teresa told us she did the soup for the second time and added my Fat Flush Kit, and in her words she experienced "loss of cravings and loss of inches." Loss of cravings. That's the phrase I hear more than any other, and it's the one that matters most, because cravings are what break every diet you've ever tried. Picture your own version of this. It's a cold evening and there's a pot of soup on the stove that smells like cumin and garlic. Your husband walks in, lifts the lid, and asks if there's enough for him too. There is. You sit down together and you eat a full, hot bowl, the meal you've been skipping for months, and you go to bed satisfied. And the next morning, the number finally moves. You don't have to eat less to lose weight. You have to stop being hungry. The guide is free. You'll get all three soup recipes, the 7-day plan and the shopping list, plus support from me and my team of nutritionists, and a place in Fat Flush Nation, where women just like you share their soup pots and their wins every day.
