Perelel ad: Our Editors’ Top Prenatal 2026

Pregnancy turns you into a part-time detective. 🕵️‍♀️ Suddenly, you're investigating everything from deli meat to skincare ingredients. So why wouldn't you look a little closer at your prenatal? Our editors compared Needed's Prenatal Gummies with Perelel's Core Prenatal Powder, and here's something worth knowing: Perelel's Core Prenatal Powder has earned the Clean Label Project Purity Award. That means the product met the organization's standards following independent testing for contaminants, including heavy metals and pesticides. But that's not the only thing that caught our attention about Perelel: 👶 More than 2x the choline: Perelel delivers 120mg in one scoop, compared with 55mg across three Needed gummies. 👶 0g sugar, no dyes, and no dairy: A straightforward formula without some of the extras you might be looking to avoid. 👶 No pills required: Just mix one scoop into your morning smoothie, yogurt, or milk. Because when you're growing a whole human, you deserve to know exactly what you're getting from your prenatal.
