TherapyWorkbookPress ad: Complex PTSD Workbook, 104 Pages

The Complex PTSD Workbook is 104 printable pages, $39.49. I started with page 39, a pocket card titled Flashback First Aid. The Complex PTSD & Childhood Trauma Recovery Workbook, $39.49. Instant PDF. 60-day refund, keep the files. The card is there because in the middle of what Pete Walker calls an emotional flashback, I do not remember chapters. I can reach a card. It carries 4 cue words: feet, eyes, hands, breath. The 13 steps come from Pete Walker's published list. This workbook turns them into pages I fill in, pages 29 to 42, plus the card I cut out. Around them: 40+ worksheets and practices in 6 parts. It is a workbook, not therapy. I use it between sessions, at my own pace. A single payment, no subscription.
