Freja Bone Broth video ad

Finding quality ancestral foods that fit the lifestyle is always very important to me as it has helped me transform my health over the last few years. When I’m traveling, I maintain the lifestyle as best as I possibly can, and when in Scotland, I stopped in to @hollandandbarrett (my fav store when I lived in Ireland!) to see what products they were carrying these days. I stumbled across @frejabonebroth instant bone broth and wow was I amazed! Don’t let the word “instant” deter you- the ingredients are impeccable as was the taste. This is not an ad, just an honest review for my friends who have access to their broths! — At holland and Barrett, I also picked up some @hukitchen chocolate, organic tea and manuka honey packs. #carnivore #ancestraldiet #bonebroth
