🥩🔥 Grilled Hanger Steak + Peppercorn Cream Sauce Grilled to perfection these hanger steaks just might be my new favorite cut! Truly melts in your mouth! Recipe 👇 🥩 Grilled Hanger Steak Ingredients: • Hanger steak • Worcestershire sauce • Your favorite steak seasoning For the steak, coat a hanger steak with Worcestershire sauce, season generously with your favorite steak seasoning, and grill over high heat until it hits 125°F internal. Remove from the grill and rest for 7–10 minutes, then slice against the grain. 🥩 Peppercorn Cream Sauce Ingredients: • 4 tsp cracked black peppercorns • 1 tbsp butter • ½ tbsp oil • 2 shallots, finely chopped • ¼ tsp salt • 3 tbsp brandy • ¾ cup beef stock • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce • ½ cup heavy cream For the sauce, you’ll need 4 tsp black peppercorns, 1 tbsp butter, ½ tbsp oil, 2 shallots, ¼ tsp salt, 3 tbsp brandy, ¾ cup beef stock, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and ½ cup heavy cream. Crush 3 tsp of the peppercorns. Sauté the butter, oil, shallots, salt, and crushed pepper for 2–3 minutes. Add the brandy and reduce, then pour in the beef stock and Worcestershire and reduce slightly. Finish with the heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Add the remaining peppercorns to finish. 🔥 Slice the steak, spoon over that peppercorn cream sauce, and enjoy! You can have these steaks too! Check out the @allenbrotherssteaks link in my bio!
