Your neck and posture go through a lot after becoming a mom. Between feeding, carrying kids, working, and life in general, it’s no surprise so many moms feel like their posture has changed. As a chiropractor, I’m a big believer in strength, mobility, and good movement. But I also love finding tools that help support my body throughout the day, especially during this busy season of life. That’s why I’ve been enjoying my @forme.science Power Bra. It fits right into my daily routine while helping encourage better alignment as I go about my day. Oh and it makes me feel like a boss 💁🏼‍♀️ #ad #FormePartner #posture #momposture #posturetips
