Longwell & Co. ad: Longwell Lied To You

Here is what fifteen years in professional kitchens taught me. Stop using PFAS coated teflon pans if you are serious about your health. I switched to titanium, the only pan that is good for your health and increases your cooking performance. Many people asks me 'what do you use chef?' I say the Longwell titanium pan. The titanium pan of Longwell has no coating. A pure titanium surface, nothing applied over the metal: ✓ No PFAS and no coating to peel, so nothing ends up in your food ✓ Metal utensils fine, no babying, no wooden-spoon rules ✓ 25-year guarantee, in writing, covers the cooking surface ✓ One pan, once, instead of forty pounds a year forever As non-stick as a well-seasoned pan, without a single layer of toxic coating to peel. It sears, it releases with heat and a little oil, and no coated pan survives a professional kitchen for long. First pan is £59.95 instead of £149.95. I have written the full breakdown below. Read it before you decide. James Harrington Head Chef
