If you work out and are not using NMES technology, you are simply at a huge disadvantage. Here’s why It’s simple. Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation(NMES) gives you control over the intensity of muscle contractions. And I know NMES technology sounds like a buzz word so let me explain how it works. Simply put: Muscles contract in reaction to electrical currents from our nerves, and depending on how much the nerve is firing changes what muscle fibers are recruited. This is in no way a shortcut to getting stronger, faster, and more toned. But having the ability to contract muscles at the optimal intensity of your choosing is a great advantage to have. The results? An 8-week study on Muscle Stimulators led by industry-leading NMES scientist Dr. Toshio Moritani, Ph.D. found stellar results: ✓ Waist circumference decreased by 4.48 cm ✓ 59% increase in abdominal strength ✓ 42% increase on max duration when holding a plank position ✓ 121% increase in abdominal endurance ✓ 74% felt that their posture had improved ✓ 100% of the NMES group felt that their midsections were more toned and firmed “The NMES offers a promising alternative to traditional strength training for enhancing the strength parameters and motor abilities described above. Because of the clear-cut advantages in time management, we can expect this method to see the increasing use in high-performance sports.” -Dr. Toshio Moritani, Ph.D. Shop Now to Get Yours While It's Still 49% OFF + FREE Worldwide Shipping!
